How to return
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may return purchased products within 14 days from the date on which you received them. Before sending any returns, contact us by email via firstname.lastname@example.org
Please mention the following:
- your order number;
- the article you want to return;
- the reason for the return;
- if applicable, the article you want in exchange (if available).
All returns need to be send back at the address of our warehouse:

Return shipping costs are at your expense. We advise you to use a parcel service with tracking.
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, or your exchange order will be shipped within 3 days. For other countries than Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany or France, we will exclude the shipping costs. We do not refund custom duties for countries outside EU, but you can contact your local custom duty office to claim them.
In case of refund, it may take up to 10 working days for you to receive the money on your bank account or credit card.
Note that we will only accept and refund your return, if all items are returned in good condition and complete. When trying on shoes, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. A good condition in this case means no dirt on the shoes, nor on the sole of the shoes. Complete means containing all parts of the item, such as box, shoes, wrapping paper, etc.
