Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the domain sjosuur.com (hereafter called “the website”). The terms and conditions will be valid for all your future transactions with Sjosuur.com by Coloured Corners bvba (see “The Company”) and in particular the product offers on this website. When you visit this website or buy a product on it, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please note that these terms and conditions may be updated from time to time so we recommend that you read them carefully each time you visit us. SJOSUUR does not accept any other terms and conditions unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Validating an order form is deemed to be equivalent to an electronic signature which has the same value between the Parties as a written signature and serves as evidence that the order is complete and proper and that the amounts due may be claimed in performing that order.

The Company
Sjosuur.com (hereafter stated as SJOSUUR) is part of Coloured Corners bvba, Kanonniersweg 21A, 2820 Bonheiden, a Belgian company with registration number BE0674.898.779. 

Product information
SJOSUUR has made every effort to make sure colors and descriptions of our products are as accurate as possible. However, please be aware that the image and color quality may vary depending on your screen and that we cannot guarantee that your screen accurately reflects all characteristics of the actual product.
You will find a product description (color, size, type of product, etc.) and digital photographs with each product. All prices are in Euro and include VAT for countries within the European Union.
SJOSUUR is under no circumstances liable for any errors and/or incompleteness when displaying its products on the webshop or in respect of the order process. If an item is unavailable, SJOSUUR will contact you by phone or by e-mail. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled and in that case no party will be entitled to claim any compensation due to the cancellation.

The Agreement
The agreement will be concluded at the time of the acceptance of the offer by the consumer and by fullfilling all requirements, such as payment of the full order amount and providing all delivery details. All orders placed on the website will be confirmed by email as confirmation of the agreement. This confirmation will include all information on the order, such as article, price, delivery rate etc. SJOSUUR reserves the right to limit the quantities of the products that we supply, and/or to refuse any order that is unusual or placed in bad faith. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.

Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw his order and can return the ordered product(s) within 14 days after reception of the goods by the consumer, without stating any reason. However the consumer will return the product(s) at his own risk and costs within 15 days after the order has been withdrawn and make sure that the product(s) is (are) duly packed to that effect. Return requests will not be accepted after this period.
SJOSUUR will refund the payment within 10 days. Damaged returns will not be accepted and your refund will be withheld. Shoes can only be returned if the sole of the shoes are undamaged. Undamaged in this case means no dirt on the shoes, nor on the sole of the shoes. If it is obvious that the shoes are dirty or were already used, SJOSUUR reserves the right not to take back, nor reimburse the shoes. Complaints are only accepted if they have been sent by registered letter within 14 days after delivery. A complaint does not postpone the payment obligation.

Security
SJOSUUR use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders, by using Ogone payment service, which secures communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

Prices
All prices mentioned on the site are in € (Euro) and include VAT for countries in Europe.  Shipping is free to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxemburg, France, Germany and Switzerland. Any other countries: please contact before ordering: hello@sjsouur.com Tracking is included on all orders.

Compliance and Warranty
SJOSUUR refers to article “Product information” and states that all products, subject of the order, will measure up to the specifications mentioned on the website to the best of SJOSUURs’ abilities. In case of any problems and/or quality issues, the consumer will only be entitled to claim a product as substitution of the defective product, under reservation of the provisions regarding SJOSUURs’ complaint policy.

Delivery and Implementation
SJOSUUR will deliver the ordered product asap, though within 10 days after reception of your payment, on the delivery address as stated by the consumer. In case of delay of the delivery time or if we are not able to deliver the ordered product, we will send you a notification and you will have the right to cancel your order within 10 days after our notification. In case of cancellation of your order in due time, SJOSUUR will refund your payment within 10 days without you being entitled to claim any other damages.

Payment
SJOSUUR will send your order only after the full amount of the order has been received. The consumer is obliged to report any inaccuracies in his payment details immediately.

Complaint Policy
All compliants regarding visible defects and non-conformities must be sent by email to hello@sjosuur.com within 10 days after delivery under penalty of lapsing of the claim.  In case of hidden defects or hidden non-conformities any complaint must be formulated by email within 14 days after the problem has been detected or should have been detected under penalty of lapsing of the claim. This email must contain a clear and complete despription of the complaint. SJOSUUR will respond to all complaints within 10 respectively 14 days depending on the nature of the problem. 

Retuns
If you want to return an order or a part of your order, please send an email to hello@sjosuur.com with your name and order number and the items you would like to return. You will receive instructions by mail to send back the goods. Note that we will only accept and refund your return, if all items are returned in good condition and complete. Complete means containing all parts of the item, such as box, shoes, wrapping paper, etc.

Force majeure
In case of Force Majeure, SJOSUURs’ obligations will be suspended. The contract between the consumer and SJOSUUR can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by SJOSUUR. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. Under such circumstances, SJOSUUR will attempt to resolve all issues in a timely manner.

Governing law
This agreement between SJOSUUR and the consumer, the use of the webshop and the relationship between SJOSUUR and any third parties will be governed by Belgian law. The courts of Antwerp, divison Mechelen, will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement between SJOSUUR and the consumer, the use of the webshop and the relationship between SJOSUUR and any third parties.
